Returns
All new products sold by us come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information and registration information is enclosed with your product documentation.
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please notify your carrier or delivery driver immediately to file a claim. In the rare event that your product arrived defective or malfunctioning, you may return it for a replacement, exchange or credit.
Defective products may be returned within ten (10) days of the invoice date. A Return Authorization code is required, and may be obtained by contacting the store by phone, fax, or email. Please DO NOT send any products without a Return Authorization.
Additional manufacturer's warranties are available on most products. Consult your product documentation for additional information on registering your product warranty.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, and if you need additional assistance, we are here to help.
Repairs
If you need a product repaired from damage due to accidental drops, we can assess the damage and advise you if it is a repair that can be done in our shop, or in need of factory repair. We do not service any products not sold by us. Please contact your dealer or original place of purchase for repair information and support, if you did not purchase your product from us.
